1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Amplix platform ("Service"), operated by Galaxy Gama Group, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Description of Service
Amplix is a free educational and professional acceleration platform designed to help individuals develop technical skills through real-world projects, team collaboration, technical assessments, and gamified learning experiences. The Service includes project management tools, assessment systems, skill tracking, experience points, certifications, and communication features.
4. User Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may register using your email address and password, or through a third-party authentication provider. In either case, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
5. User Content and Conduct
You may submit content through the Service, including but not limited to project contributions, comments, messages, code, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content; however, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Service's systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without the Company's prior written consent.
Your User Content remains your property, subject to the license granted in Section 5. The Company does not claim ownership of User Content submitted by users.
8. Analytical and Aggregated Data
The Company owns all aggregated, anonymized, and analytical data derived from the use of the Service, including but not limited to usage patterns, performance metrics, skill progression statistics, and assessment analytics. This data does not personally identify individual users and may be used by the Company for research, improvement of the Service, and other business purposes.
9. Account Termination and Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@amplix.me. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, aggregated and analytical data derived from your use of the Service, as described in Section 8, will be retained.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the Service.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services for authentication, communication, hosting, email delivery, and other functionalities. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Company does not guarantee employment, job placement, or any specific career outcome as a result of using the Service. Certifications and assessments provided through the Service reflect performance on the platform and should not be considered equivalent to formal academic or professional credentials.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
14. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
